Novaa Global was born from a genuine gap in the global real estate journey for Indian investors. When we, as seasoned real estate professionals, attempted to invest in Thailand, we found the process confusing, fragmented, and laden with needless complexity. If it was this hard for us, how were other Indians and NRIs supposed to navigate it?

So we created the investment platform we wished had existed one that offers clarity, trust, and seamless end-to-end guidance.

Why We Started With Thailand

Thailand isn’t just our first market — it’s personal. As someone married into Thai-Indian roots, I’ve always felt deeply connected to the land, the people, and the beauty of this country.

When I discovered that freehold ownership was now possible for foreign investors, I was excited — until I faced the fine print. TDS, compliance, local regulations… Even with my background, the gaps were overwhelming.

That’s when I realised — if I’m facing these challenges, what about others? Novaa began with the mission to simplify this journey. And Thailand was the perfect place to start.
